Mekatronik Mühendisleri Derneği (MEKMÜHDER) olarak, Türkiye Araç Satış Sonrası Hizmetler Federasyonu (TOBFED) ile tanışma ve olası iş birliği alanlarını değerlendirmek üzere verimli bir toplantı gerçekleştirdik.
Elektrikli araç sektörünün hızla büyüdüğü bu dönemde; mekatronik mühendislerinin istihdamının artırılması, otomotiv alanında yetkin ve nitelikli teknik personel yetiştirilmesine yönelik eğitim programlarının planlanması ve bu süreçleri destekleyecek güçlü, sürdürülebilir iş birliklerinin kurulması başlıkları kapsamlı şekilde ele alındı.
Toplantıya; TOBFED Genel Başkanı Serkan Bakırtaş, TOBFED Genel Sekreteri Hale Kuyucu, MEKMÜHDER Genel Başkanı Abdullah Özver, MEKMÜHDER Teknik Eğitimlerden Sorumlu Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Burak Gül ve MEKMÜHDER İstanbul Şube Başkanı İlyas Er katılım sağladı. Görüşmede; sektörün mevcut ihtiyaçları, geleceğe yönelik insan kaynağı planlaması ve mekatronik mühendisliğinin otomotiv ekosistemindeki kritik rolü değerlendirildi.
Otomotiv satış sonrası hizmetler sektörü ile mekatronik mühendisliği alanı arasında geliştirilebilecek iş birlikleri, teknik eğitim ihtiyaçları ve ortak proje olanakları üzerine karşılıklı değerlendirmelerde bulunuldu.
Bu temasın, kurumlarımız arasında güçlü, sürdürülebilir ve katma değer üreten iş birliklerine zemin hazırlayacağına inanıyoruz.

Introductory Meeting and Collaboration Talks with TOBFED
As the Mechatronics Engineers Association (MEKMÜHDER), we held a productive introductory meeting with the Turkish Automotive Aftermarket Services Federation (TOBFED) to evaluate potential areas of collaboration.
At a time when the electric vehicle sector is rapidly expanding, the meeting focused on increasing the employment of mechatronics engineers, planning training programs to develop qualified and competent technical personnel in the automotive field, and establishing strong, sustainable partnerships to support these processes.
The meeting was attended by Serkan Bakırtaş, President of TOBFED; Hale Kuyucu, Secretary General of TOBFED; Abdullah Özver, President of MEKMÜHDER; Burak Gül, MEKMÜHDER Board Member Responsible for Technical Training; and İlyas Er, President of the MEKMÜHDER Istanbul Branch. Discussions covered current sector needs, future workforce planning, and the critical role of mechatronics engineering within the automotive ecosystem.
During the meeting, both parties exchanged views on potential collaborations between the automotive aftersales sector and the field of mechatronics engineering, technical training requirements, and opportunities for joint projects.
We believe that this engagement will pave the way for strong, sustainable, and value-creating collaborations between our institutions.
