İstanbul Sağlık ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi’nde (İSTÜN) MEKMÜHDER İstanbul Şubesi Başkanı İlyas Er’in konuk konuşmacı olarak katılımıyla bir kariyer konferansı düzenledi.
Makine Mühendisliği ve Mekatronik Mühendisliği bölümü öğrencilerine yönelik olarak düzenlenen etkinlikte; MEKMÜHDER İstanbul Şube Başkanı İlyas Er, derneğin misyonu ve faaliyetlerine ilişkin kısa bir tanıtım gerçekleştirmiştir.
Ayrıca, Ar-Ge Mühendisi olarak tasarım süreçleri konusundaki mesleki tecrübelerini öğrencilerle paylaşan İlyas Er, sektörel deneyimlerini aktararak mühendislik kariyerine dair önemli bilgiler sunmuştur.
Yoğun ilgiyle takip edilen konferansın soru-cevap bölümünde, öğrencilerin merak ettikleri konular kapsamlı şekilde ele alınmış ve kariyer planlamalarına yönelik yol gösterici değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur.
İstanbul Sağlık ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi (İSTÜN)’de gerçekleştirilen kariyer konferansı kapsamında, Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Kürşat Tanrıver tarafından İlyas Er’e plaket takdim edilmiştir.

The Mechatronics Engineers Association (MEKMÜHDER) organized a career conference at Istanbul Health and Technology University (ISTÜN) with the participation of İlyas Er, Chairman of the MEKMÜHDER Istanbul Branch, as a guest speaker.
The event was held for students of the Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering departments. During the conference, İlyas Er delivered a brief introduction about the mission, vision, and activities of MEKMÜHDER.
In addition, drawing on his experience as an R&D Engineer, İlyas Er shared his professional insights into engineering design processes, conveying valuable sectoral experience and providing important guidance on engineering career paths.
The conference was followed with great interest by the students. In the Q&A session, students’ questions were addressed in detail, offering practical and guiding perspectives on career planning and professional development.
As part of the event held at Istanbul Health and Technology University (ISTÜN), a plaque was presented to İlyas Er by Assist. Prof. Dr. Kürşat Tanrıver in recognition of his contribution.
